A floor plan has never once sold a building.

Clients don't fall in love with line weights and layer tables. They fall for the 7 a.m. light raking across a lobby that doesn't exist yet. We build that lobby — from your CAD files — so the bid is half-won before you open your mouth.

// 01 — What we render

Six ways to make it look built.

Pick a deliverable, send the model. Pricing is per view or per project — scroll the strip, it keeps moving.

01

Exterior stills

The street-level money shot. Context, planting, cars, the right sky. The image the planning board actually remembers.

From $850 / view
02

Interior stills

Materials that read true — matte oak, brushed steel, a sofa that looks sat-in. Furnished and lit per your spec sheet.

From $1,100 / view
03

Animated walkthrough

60–90 seconds of camera gliding the project like a well-briefed drone. 4K, graded, delivered with a vertical cut for the pitch deck.

From $6,500
04

VR-ready model

A headset-walkable build so the client can stand in the atrium and change their mind before the concrete does.

From $4,200
05

Twilight & dusk grading

The add-on that wins presentations: warm interior glow against a bruised-blue sky. Added to any still.

From $400 / view
06

Site & context massing

Early-stage grey-box study with neighbours, shadows and setbacks — honest about scale before the detailing lands.

From $1,900

// 02 — The studio

We're two chairs, one render farm, and a healthy fear of a client's bad day.

A render isn't decoration. It's the argument. If it doesn't make a skeptic lean in and squint, we haven't finished — and we don't send it until it does.

Who you'll be working with

// 03 — How the job runs

From your messy DWG to a first look in five days.

No portal, no mystery meter. You get a named timeline and the same pair of eyes from brief to final frame.

step 01

You send the CAD

DWG, RVT, SKP, OBJ, IFC — whatever your office lives in. We'll untangle the layers, chase the missing block references, and tell you straight if geometry is going to fight us.

step 02

We ask the annoying questions

Time of day. Who's in frame. Which façade is the hero. The brief that saves you a revision later.

step 03

First look in 5 business days

A greyscale clay render — composition, camera and light locked before a single material goes on. Cheaper to move a wall now than after it's chrome.

Isometric render of a dusk-lit mixed-use building with warm interiors
step 04

Two rounds of revisions

Included, in writing. Move the sun, re-clad the podium, swap the furniture scheme — we've budgeted for the back-and-forth that real design needs.

step 05

Delivery you can actually use

Print-resolution stills, 4K animation with a vertical social cut, and the VR build packaged for your headset. Files named like a human will open them, not a robot. Rush turnarounds quoted on request — we'll tell you if the deadline is heroic or just unwise.

// 04 — Start a project

Two ways this usually goes.

Pick the column you'd rather live in, then pick up the phone. We quote fast and we quote honestly.

// plan A — going it alone

The DIY render special

  • A junior drafter rendering at 2 a.m. between deadlines.
  • Plastic grass, lollipop trees, a sky from 2009.
  • A client who says "it looks a bit… computer."
  • The bid goes to the firm with better pictures.

// plan B — call Travertine

The render that wins the room

  • Lit and composed by people who do only this.
  • Materials that read like you could touch them.
  • A clay draft in five days, final before your deadline.
  • Invoiced by milestone — 50% to start, rest on delivery.

// phone-first, always

Faster than a form. Tell us the project type, square footage and the drop-dead date — rough quote by end of day.
